The register, read for you
Every registered letting of a similar home in your electoral area; the figure rests only on tenancies that began in the last 12 months, whose rent is still as first agreed.

A range, and three to cite
Every close match recomputed for your floor area and BER. The three closest go in the notice; the report shows the figure all three support and the figure one of them reaches, so where you set the rent is your call.
