The register, read for you
Every registered letting of a similar home in your electoral area; the figure rests only on tenancies that began in the last 12 months, whose rent is still as first agreed.

The upper quarter, and three to cite
Every close match recomputed for your floor area and BER; the figure is the upper quarter of them, and the three closest at that level go in the notice.

The RTB form, filled in
Notice of Rent Setting for a new letting, Notice of Rent Review for a sitting tenant: rent, rule and three RT numbers in place.
The figure is free. The report and the form: €14.99 free until 1 October. A person checks each one, so it comes by email within one to two working days.
